Do you offer corporate programs?

Yes, in addition to serving individuals, we do contract with companies who want to improve their relocation offering.

Are you a real estate agent?

Our network includes qualified real estate agents who can assist you in finding and purchasing a home. We can assist, whether you wish to rent or buy a home.

Can't people just search the web to find out what's going on in the community?

Valley Welcome provides a richer experience; a curated social springboard, tailored to the interests and lifestyle for each client.

Can employees/families contact you for help during an emergency?

Valley Welcome is a cultural and social contact during business hours. The Welcome Kit includes contact information for local emergency services.

Do you speak any foreign languages?

Our team does speak several foreign languages, and we can leverage translator services if necessary.

Do you earn money (kickbacks) from local businesses to be included in your Welcome Kits?

No, each Welcome Kit is customized based on the geography and interests of our clients. Based on our relationships with local business, we sometimes receive discount offers to include in the kits, but it's all for our clients!

After you complete the service, do you contact clients to sell other services in the future?

No. We maintain basic contact information for record keeping only. We may contact clients to ask if they would like to be an "Ambassador" in the future, but will not otherwise solicit them.

Can you "white-label" your service?

Absolutely. We can incorporate your corporate logo in our materials and kits. Others prefer to have us operate as a "neutral third party" so employees don't feel it's an extension of the interview process. It's entirely up to you.
